DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM – Provision of Education, Social Care and Related Passenger Transport

Bath & North East Somerset Council has powers and duties in respect of  Education  Child and Adult Social Care  Community Transport  General Community Support that require it to commission the provision of passenger transport services from time to time. This provision will be undertaken through the DPS Agreement for the Provision of Education, Social Care and Related Passenger Transport, of which this Service Specification forms an integral part.
