We welcome you to tender for our new DPS which is an ‘open market’ product designed to provide access to a pool of Potential Providers. Our aim is to appoint Service Providers in an environment which encourages fair competition under a 9 year agreement and in accordance with the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). Applicants are required to complete a Standard Suitability Questionnaire (SSQ) where we will evaluate these and respond within 10 Working Days, subject to suitable referees, to establish the applicant’s financial and technical provision and general capability based on a Pass/Fail critieria.
