DECORATING

A Framework of three contractors, each providing a comprehensive range of internal and external pre-paint repairs, decoration and wash down services to domestic, communal, sheltered and commercial properties throughout the East of England. Having demonstrated the capability to meet the stringent legal, quality and performance requirements of EP and its Members, specialist contractors are appointed to this Framework. Each holds £10M public and employers liability insurance, £2M of professional indemnity insurance, Current and Gearing ratios of 1:1, or better and accreditations including membership of The Painting and Decorating Association, NASC and SSIP.
