Procurement for Housing (PfH) have appointed experienced contractors to carry out consultancy, installation, servicing and maintenance works related to Building Safety and Compliance for PfH Members in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and other public bodies permitted to use the framework. The framework is split into five headline lots as follows, with three of those being split again: 1a Asbestos Surveying and Testing 1b Asbestos Removal 1c Fully Managed Asbestos Solution 2a Mould Treatment and Associated Services 2b Damp Treatment and Associated Services 2c Damp and Mould Surveying 2d Fully Managed Damp and Mould Solution 3a Electrical Testing and Associated Works 3b Electrical Security and Associated Works 3c Fully Managed Electrical Compliance Solution 4 Lift Servicing and Refurbishment 5 Legionella Testing and Treatment All contractors have confirmed that they meet the minimum standards of accreditation, registration, qualification as required by the services to be provided and identified as part of the PfH Member engagement process. All contractors hold appropriate qualifications accredited by the relevant Institute or association or equivalent standing in this field, as required for the delivery of the services. The contractors may be requested to provide evidence of membership during the term of the Framework. This framework relates to major refurbishment works, new buildings, general property defects, audit of existing facilities, specialist accommodation, high rise dwellings, low rise flats and houses and other assets under the responsibility of the PfH Member.
