Commercial Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Framework

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be carrying out preliminary market engagement with a view to conducting a tender exercise to establish a Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework for commercial properties only that are owned and managed by our public sector members. This framework will support members by providing a route to procure internal, external and property grounds refurbishment and maintenance works for all public sector commercial properties located across England and Wales.
