Development — Up to 100 Units
Clarion Housing Group are seeking to deliver new homes of all tenures through our ambitious Development Programme. This lot will cover all types of new build residential construction Works of less than 100 units in London and the South and may include design. Stage 2 ‘Call for Competition’ will be either single or 2 stage. The supplier must offer regional expertise, be responsive to our business needs and provide value to our organisation. The DPS is open to all current and future members of the Clarion Group. Current members Group are listed in the ITA and future changes will be found at https://www.clarionhg.com

Regeneration — Up to 50 Units
Clarion Housing Group has embarked on an ambitious programme of regeneration, investing in our existing homes and neighbourhoods to build new homes, high quality infrastructure and wonderful places to live and work. Over 2 400 000 000 GBP has already been committed to Clarion regeneration projects in London, Plymouth and the South East. We are seeking contractors to deliver regeneration sites of up to 50 residential homes and related infrastructure. The majority of these projects will be multi phased, be in neighbourhoods with residents in situ, involve complex planning and political scenarios and will require sophisticated and extended stakeholder and community engagement programmes.
