Bus Substitution Framework (Railway Closures)

Translink are seeking a competent contractor to establish a single supplier framework to provide adhoc bus substitution services to support Translink Rail services in times of planned and unplanned closures. Under this procurement the Economic Operator will be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate, in particular, to social considerations. No other method of submission will be accepted.
