ASSET IMPROVEMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORK
Awarded in July 2023, this new five contractor alliance Framework uses the latest FAC-1 form of Contract. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of social housing landlords of all types and will focus upon achieving the following Framework Objectives, whilst delivering capital and revenue works to occupied and unoccupied properties. Carbon reduction plans to achieve Net Carbon Zero by 2050 and review current waste targets, implementing improvements, over the life of the Framework. - Ensuring a viable balance of value for money, and economic sustainability in pricing - Achieving Outstanding outcomes, improving supplier diversity, innovation, efficiency and resilience. - Creating employment, skills and opportunities for local people, improving local SME Sub-Contractor skills, involvement and cashflow and positively improving skills in the sector.
