The appointed supplier will support the council’s in-house teams in delivering efficient, effective, and customer-focused brickwork repairs. The contract also covers site plans, supervision, and materials that meet British standards. The contract provides resources for responsive repairs to maintain properties in good order, including work on dwellings, garages, open spaces, boundary/party walls, and addressing vandalism, malicious damage, or negligence. The appointed contractors are expected to deliver high-quality services within agreed times and costs.
