Lot 1 Complex

Provision of Supported Accommodation services for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16-25 (predominantly 16-18) through the delivery of accessible high-quality, homely accommodation and related support to promote independence. This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. Lot 1 Complex is for the delivery of supported accommodation to young people with higher intensities of needs, and are likely to need a higher ratio of staffing.

Lot 2 Standard

Provision of Supported Accommodation services for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16-25 (predominantly 16-18) through the delivery of accessible high-quality, homely accommodation and related support to promote independence. This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. Lot 2 Standard is for the delivery of supported accommodation in group settings with 24/7 onsite staff.

Lot 3 Supported Tenancy

Provision of Supported Accommodation services for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16-25 (predominantly 16-18) through the delivery of accessible high-quality, homely accommodation and related support to promote independence. This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. Lot 3 Supported Tenancy is for the provision of their own unit of accommodation along with minimal support to help maintain their tenancy and independence skills.
